Location

YQ Business Center is located in the exclusive resort “Tatry HONKA Village“, in the lap of beautiful Tatra nature on the northern edge of the Black Stork golf course, Veľká Lomnica. The log house of the YQ Business Center is situated on a plot of land with an area of 2000 m2, which is surrounded on two sides by the Skalný stream, which originates in the southern wall of the Lomnický peak and flows through the entire territory of this unique location. The uniqueness is underlined by the presence of a beaver, which in 2022 built a thirty-meter-long dam from the surrounding trees, thereby damming the Skalný stream and raising the water level by an incredible two meters. The result is a magical natural lake accessible directly from the plot, full of animals, fish, wild geese and of course a beaver family.

Accessibility

The YQ Business center can be reached quickly, comfortably and by all means of transport. The Veľká Lomnica / Golf train station is 1.5 km from the log house. You can get there by taxi from Poprad airport in 15 minutes. By car from the D1 motorway, from the Poprad-východ exit, it takes about 10 minutes.

Construction and high-end materials

Interior

YQ Business Center was primarily built as a place where top managers cooperating with YQ Service, s.r.o. will meet. The overall equipment of the Business Center is also adapted to this representative purpose. The log house breathes charming luxury and at the same time very pleasant coziness, providing maximum comfort for 8 people. The ground floor of the house with an area of 145 m2 is complemented by an upper floor with an area of 110 m2. In the central part of the house, the view of the spiral wooden staircase made by local craftsmen, tastefully complemented by modern furniture from renowned Italian and Austrian manufacturers, will captivate you. On the ground floor there is a wellness area with a connection to an outdoor whirlpool and a charming view of Lomnický štít. Of course, there is a full-fledged kitchen equipped with cutting-edge technology. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a billiard table with an inspiring bar. The high standard of interior design will satisfy even the most demanding guests.

Exterior

In the front there is a covered parking space for two cars, plus two more uncovered parking spaces. Under the shelter there is a charging station for the possibility of charging two electric cars at the same time. In the back of the plot there is a full-fledged summer kitchen, toilet and storage. The dominant feature of the garden is a huge wooden terrace, partly covered with a glass roof, which directly touches the natural pond created by the beaver. The terrace around the log house with a south-west orientation provides a charming view of the majestic High Tatras. Many will certainly appreciate the restaurant services in the nearby Hotel International 4*, which is located in the heart of the golf course just a few hundred meters from the log house.

Healthy activities all year round

You can play golf directly at the Black Stork golf course, but there are also many other sports activities within reach throughout the year. In winter, there is skiing in Tatranská Lomnica or Bachledová dolina, but if you prefer cross-country skiing, there are two maintained cross-country trails (small and large circuit) right on the golf course. Swimming enthusiasts can choose between the thermal swimming pool in Vrbov, Ružbachy or Aquacity Poprad, but soon the thermal swimming pool in Veľká Lomnica will also be open, just a 20-minute walk from the log house. In summer and autumn, cyclists can enjoy many cycling routes that start right in front of the apartment house. Fans of classic hiking and Nordic walking certainly know that conquering the Tatra peaks, valleys and ridges will leave an unforgettable experience in any season.
