Location

The Golf Chalet apartments are located right in the heart of the Black Stork golf course in Veľká Lomnica, situated on sunny grounds below Lomnický štít. In front of the apartment house flows the Skalný potok stream, which springs from the southern wall of Lomnický štít and flows through the entire territory of this unique location.

Accessibility

The Golf Chalet apartment can be reached quickly, comfortably and by all modes of transport. The Veľká Lomnica / Golf railway station is only 300 metres from the apartment. Poprad Airport can be reached by taxi in 15 minutes. By car from the D1 motorway, from the Poprad-East exit it takes about 10 minutes to reach the apartments.

Construction and high-end materials

Golf Chalet apartment houses are built from a unique wood, from polar Finnish pine, which stands out for its high density, flexibility and low humidity, because it grew slowly beyond the Arctic Circle, often taking up to 120 years before it was used for construction. The wooden structure creates a healthier indoor environment than other conventional buildings. The unique wood is complemented by high-quality Italian stone cladding and glass, i.e. natural materials that in this combination bring healthy living and at the same time a very exclusive mountain appearance. Apartment 3.22 is located in building 3 on the first floor, opposite the main entrance. The apartment of 75 m2 + 18 m2 balcony offers amazing space. It captivates with large glazed areas that offer an unobstructed view of the golf course and the peaks of the High Tatras. The high standard of the interior design will not disappoint even the most demanding thanks to quality wooden floors, timeless tiles, quality furniture and elegant accessories, all under the supervision of interior designer Ms. Zuzana Niňajová. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, business corner with printer. For the owners of the apartments are available storage spaces located in the common areas of the apartment house for storing sports equipment (skis, bicycles, golf, stroller), etc.

Exterior

Directly in front of the apartment house there is parking space No. 3.22, constantly monitored by the security service of the Black Stork Golf Resort. Certainly many will also appreciate the restaurant services, the modern spa and the outdoor swimming pool at the Hotel International ****, which is located just a few dozen meters from the apartment house.

Healthy activities all year round

You can play golf right at the Black Stork Golf Complex, but there are plenty of other physical activities within easy reach throughout the year. In winter, it is skiing in Tatranská Lomnica or Bachledova dolina, but if you prefer cross-country skiing, there are two maintained cross-country tracks (small and large circuit) directly on the golf course. Bathing enthusiasts can choose between the thermal swimming pool in Vrbov, Ružbachy or Aquacity Poprad, but soon the thermal swimming pool in Veľká Lomnica will be open, just a 10-minute walk from the apartment house. In summer and autumn, cyclists will find plenty of cycling routes that start right in front of the apartment house. Fans of classic hiking and Nordic walking know that climbing the Tatra peaks, valleys and ridges will leave an unforgettable experience in any season.
