The Lebenski apartment house is located in Horný Smokovec in the Pekná vyhliadka („Nice viewpoint“) part, in the cadastral area of ​​Starý Smokovec, directly above the „Cesta slobody“ (“Freedom road”). The “Pekná Vyhiadka” tram stop is just a stone’s throw from the apartment house, so thanks to the Tatra Electric Railway you can comfortably move around the entire Tatras. The icing on the cake is the Slavkovský and Lomnický štít (peaks) right behind you and an unobstructed view of the Poprad Basin.

Accessibility

You can reach the Lebenski apartment quickly, comfortably and by all means of transport. The “Pekná vyhliadka” railway stop near Starý Smokovec is located below the apartment house. You can get there from Poprad airport by taxi in 10 minutes. By car from the D1 motorway, from the Poprad – High Tatras exit, it takes about 7 minutes.

Construction and top-notch materials

The unique location of the Lebenski apartment building automatically defined the bar for the highest level of architecture, materials and approach to the surrounding environment, including green solutions. So that we can confidently say that the Lebenski project is timeless and worthy of the High Tatras, even when viewed through the lens of the most demanding customer. The Lebenski apartment building was designed by the award-winning architectural studio „Atrium architekti“ under the leadership of Ing. arch. Michal Burák, who is the holder of the Dušan Jurkovič Award, the CE-ZA-AR Award and many others.

We translated the high quality of architecture into the materials and solutions used, examples of which include top-quality titanium-zinc roofing, cast polyurethane floors, rebate-free interior doors, wood-aluminum windows, an exclusive class of all surface materials, intelligent management of the apartment’s entrance and control, and of course, full electromobility. The high standard of interior design will not disappoint even the most demanding thanks to high-quality furniture and elegant accessories, all under the close supervision of the interior designer Mrs. Zuzana Niňajová.

Exterior

We are also proud of the ecology of the project. It starts with the carbon footprint, which will be significantly lower thanks to the fact that this project was created by renovating an existing building. The apartment includes one outdoor parking space located behind the building. If you arrive by electric vehicle, two charging points will be available to you. We also thought about the possibility of charging electric bicycles or drying ski boots in the basement.

Healthy activities all year round

However, the most exceptional experiences will be car-free. The tram stop “Pekná vyhliadka” near Starý Smokovec is just a hop away.
