Rules for „YQ loyalty program“
Anyone (both individuals or legal entity) can join the loyalty program, all you need to do is send your application to “REGISTRATION” via the YQ website, stating your name, address, email (or company name and registered office). We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your application. From that moment on, your stay of two or more consecutive nights will be counted in the YQ loyalty program. A one-night stay is not counted towards the loyalty program.
SILVER Loyalty card
After completing five stays in any of our apartments, we will send you a virtual SILVER loyalty card in your name. Only stays of registered persons (companies) who have completed a stay in our apartments in their own name or company will be included in the loyalty program. For each of your subsequent stays, you will receive a loyalty discount of 5% of the current accommodation price. To receive this discount, you must provide your SILVER card number when booking accommodation. Reservations must be made via the YQ reservation system directly on this website. Stays booked via other reservation systems (for example: Booking, Airbnb, Betimo, Google Ads, Hotel receptions, etc.) are not included in the loyalty program and loyalty discounts do not apply to such stays.
GOLD Loyalty card
After completing ten stays in any of our apartments, we will send you a virtual GOLD loyalty card in your name. Only stays of registered persons (companies) who have completed a stay in our apartments in their own name or company will be included in the loyalty program. For each of your subsequent stays, you will receive a loyalty discount of 10% of the current accommodation price. To receive this discount, you must provide your GOLD card number when booking accommodation. Reservations must be made via the YQ reservation system directly on this website. Stays booked via other reservation systems (for example: Booking, Airbnb, Betimo, Google Ads, Hotel receptions, etc.) are not included in the loyalty program and loyalty discounts do not apply to such stays.
PLATINUM Loyalty card
After completing fifteen stays in any of our apartments, we will send you a virtual PLATINUM loyalty card in your name. Only stays of registered persons (companies) who have completed a stay in our apartments in their own name or company will be included in the loyalty program. For each of your subsequent stays, you will receive a loyalty discount of 15% of the current accommodation price. To receive this discount, you must provide your PLATINUM card number when booking accommodation. Reservations must be made via the YQ reservation system directly on this website. Stays booked via other reservation systems (for example: Booking, Airbnb, Betimo, Google Ads, Hotel receptions, etc.) are not included in the loyalty program and loyalty discounts do not apply to such stays.
